L’Incarnate, The HR club of Gnanam School Of Business conducted a power talk on “Career oppurtunities in HR” was held in GSB campus. Prof. Arockiasamy Santiago-HR consultant was speaking and discussing on the relevance of HR, the job oppurtunities and was giving tips, to develop oneself to satisfy the objectives of the organization thereby to develop a better working environment. The HRM Function in the organization plays the role of the unit taking care of the human capital. The HRM Function is responsible for the processes, which allow the organization to stay competitive on the external market and internally efficient.He also talked on the changing role of HR in an organization.
Students never failed to clear the queries. The three hour session was an enlightment.
