Power talk by Mr.Prabhakaran, Advocate,Trichy on "Corporate Governance".The session began with an overview on the US-Subprime crisis of 2008, and the effect globally with relevance to ‘ Corporate Governance’ . Generally, his talk induced the audience to interact with several examples that relates to corporate governance in the Indian perspective.
