GSB was elated to commemorate the 67th Independence Day by making a special visit to Ozanam Home for the Aged, Thanjavur on 15th August 2013, organised by the The Samaritans, the CSR club of GSB.
There, the students spent quality time with the elderly and those abandoned by their sons and daughters. They entertained them through their dances and singing followed by individual interactions with them.
The experience was so meaningful that the students themselves at the end, resolved never to abandon their own parents in the future.
