“ CEREBRAL CONNECT “,  an event where CEO’s & top management people of the corporates address the students.

                                             In today’s session The chief guest was, Mr.Kailash Advani, CEO, BCV Developers pvt ltd, a joint – venture set up by ‘ Brigade Group’. The topic for the day was, “What lies out there…. ? “ , , the connection  began  with the speech of talking about the three most vital qualities of a manager, Integrity, Responsibility & Commitment (100% to work ) and then extended it  to values and discipline.

 Mr.Advani shared his own life experience & his commitment, towards every assignment he had taken up.

“ He said that he is a  generalist “.

The presentation had a lot of inputs related to, team work- goals-focussed attitude and so on. It was a very  interesting & interactive session  as he was always insisted on “ Hardwork” & passion to live life.

 The modus operandi,  he says is very simple: Doing things a bit out of our comfort level and that will definitely leads to success, which answers what lies out there….
