The SAMARITANS of CSR ( Corporate Social Responsibilty ) Club in Gnanam School of Business (GSB) organised and conducted a series of competitions for children from I to VIII std from some of the govrnnment schools in surrounding villages (Ayyasamipatti,Ayyodhi patti,Pudhupatti) nearby. Competitions such as Essay Writing, Thirukural Recitation, Speech in English and Tamil and Drawing were were conducted. Prizes were distributed meritoriously by the Chief Guest Mr.Sayagam, Honourable Seceratory of YMCA Tanjore, Mrs.Rajmala Alferd ,P.G Assitant in Physics and I.Gnanasundaram Asst. Prof of Raja Saraboji Govt College. As a complete responsibility towards our living society , this Children’s Day celebration of GSB is a pure social initiative from the Management side & the students as well under the banner of CSR CLUB of GSB. The whole day went very well with fun. All the students of GSB were engaging the children from various schools in the surroundings and it was heart touchin too. The day ended with a grand lunch followed by common gifts and sweets to the children.
